2. Reservations
Reservations can be made through the website’s booking form or via telephone/email communication.
A reservation is considered valid only upon confirmation of availability and receipt of the corresponding payment.
3. Payment
To confirm a reservation, full payment for the entire stay is required in advance.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 14 days or more before arrival: full refund.
Cancellation 7 to 13 days before arrival: 50% refund.
Cancellation 6 days or fewer before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the booking will be charged.
5. Check-in & Check-out

Check-out time: by 12:00
Alternative times may be arranged depending on availability and prior agreement.
6. Liability & Modifications
The owner reserves the right to change prices or services in case of exceptional circumstances.
We are not responsible for external factors beyond our control (e.g., power/water outages, extreme weather conditions).
