1. Check-in & Check-out Times
Check-in: from 13:00
Check-out: by 12:00
Alternative times may be arranged upon request and availability.
2. Quiet Hours
Afternoon: 14:30 – 17:30
Night: 22:00 – 08:00
Please respect other guests and the neighborhood during these hours.
3. Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
It is permitted only in outdoor areas (balconies, garden), with care and use of ashtrays.
4. Pets
Pets are allowed.
Owners are responsible for their pets’ cleanliness and supervision at all times.
5. Use of Spaces & Equipment
Please treat the apartment’s furniture and equipment with care.
Do not move items between apartments without permission.
Any damage must be reported immediately.
6. Safety
Ensure that doors and windows are closed when you leave the apartment.
Do not leave young children unattended in outdoor areas.
7. Unacceptable Behavior
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
In the event of serious rule violations, we reserve the right to cancel the stay immediately without refund.
