2. Website Services
Through the Website, you can:
Browse available apartments
Select check-in/check-out dates and number of guests
Make a reservation and, where available, proceed with payment
Availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Booking Process
To complete a reservation, the following are required:
Selection of apartment and dates
Entry of basic contact information
Confirmation of booking via email
(Where applicable) Payment of a deposit or the full amount
A booking is considered confirmed only after acceptance by the business.
During the summer period (May 1 – September 30), the minimum stay is 2 nights.
During the winter period (October 1 – April 30), the minimum stay is 1 night from Monday to Thursday and 2 nights from Friday to Sunday.
4. Payment Terms
Payment may be made via the following methods:
Credit/Debit card through a secure platform
PayPal
Bank transfer (where applicable)
Deposits, cancellation fees, and refund terms are outlined in the Cancellation Policy.
5. Cancellations & Modifications
Guests may cancel or modify their reservation under the terms described in the Cancellation Policy.
The business reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional cases, with full refund of any amount paid.
6. Apartment Use & Regulations
Guests are required to:
Keep the apartment in good condition
Avoid causing damage or disturbances
Comply with quiet hours and general rules of conduct
The business reserves the right to charge for any damages or violations of the rules.
7. Limitation of Liability
The business shall not be held liable for:
Delays or cancellations due to force majeure
Improper use of facilities by guests
Technical issues with the Website

9. Modification of Terms
The business reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by Greek Law. The competent courts for any disputes are those of Messolonghi, Greece.
